Tom Szuch

President

Tom is a retired NC1 USN, who gave 20 years of service to the military. While part of that time was spent in food service, Tom also had the opportunity to serve as a recruiter where he found he had a natural sales ability.

After his retirement Tom set out to start his second career. With his experience and relationships Tom entered the world of Military Food Service Sales. He accepted a position with a Commercial Brokerage who was looking for a Military Sales Specialist. It didn't take Tom long to figure out that he was on his way to developing a successful second career.

Since his original position Tom has spent the last 7 years developing sales for manufacturer lines all along the way. Tom's most recent position as a Sales Manager enabled him to further develop sales and to also duplicate his efforts by assisting and training the Sales Associates working with him. Under his supervision, that Sales Team went on to develop major military sales for major manufacturers.

Jill Hanmer

Jill joined the Integrity Global Sales team in August 2015. Prior to joining Integrity Global Sales, Jill worked in multiple areas within the military. She was the marketing manager and government accounts manager for 7 years with a food packaging company in California. For over 10 years she has worked at various military installations teaching college courses to service men and women. Additionally, she has experience working as an Education and Career Counselor at various Army installations throughout the United States and Europe. Jill has received multiple military awards for her service and her volunteering within the military community. She holds a Bachelors in Communications and a Masters in Education. Jill has worked hard to establish a strong presence and successful military sales record with Integrity Global Sales. She now manages our entire domestic team serves an integral part of our team.

Tom Weekes

Territory Manager, East

Tom brings great interpersonal, communication and relationships skills with over 10 years of foodservice experience to our team. He graduated from Wesley College, Delaware with a BS in management. Tom has enjoyed tremendous success managing all national segments of foodservice including Military, Aramark, Sodexo, Compass, K-12 and Healthcare. During his time managing national accounts, Tom was recognized for his ability to quickly establish rapport with customers, up-sell products and build a loyal clientele. He also established a vast wealth of product knowledge managing over 60 different manufacturers and was utilized as a product specialist, performing numerous product training seminars. He brings great work ethics along with a willingness to go above and beyond for customers. He is very excited to be a part of the advancement of Integrity Global Sales team.

Edmund Perez

Territory Manager, Central

Edmund is the newest member of the Integrity team, recently retired from the US Army after 21 years of service; he has extensive experience in the food service industry, catering, menu analysis, culinary arts competition, culinary arts instruction, and over 147 private chef events. He served as an Enlisted Soldier for 13 years achieving the rank of SFC; then earned the title of Command Food Advisor as a Warrant Officer Technician. He has been deployed and managed food service logistics in all conditions across the globe. Edmund has also competed at the IKA World Culinary Olympics, and has been on the US Army Culinary Arts Team since 2005. Edmund is only the second Soldier in the Army to ever graduate from the Culinary Institute of America Pro Chef Level II Program; and is a member of the elite Chaine de Rotisseurs Food and Wine Society, and Societe du Mondiale, as Chef Rotisseur.

Wayne Martin

Wayne is a results-driven, customer focused Program Manager with over 30 years of Military Food Service experience. Wayne served as a Food Service Manager in the US Army for 23 years, and has been providing operational logistics expertise to a diverse group of military and civilian organizations for the past 12 years. He is accomplished in developing effective processes and directing complex logistics functions for multimillion-dollar projects. Wayne thrives working in fast-paced environments in which time and resources are limited, and will be an asset to Integrity Global Sales.

After joining the US Navy Reserves in 1990 and supporting Operation Desert Storm, John served the US Navy Submarine Force for over 20 years. During his vast and exciting career in the food service industry, he travelled to many exotic countries and learned many skills that have helped him excel in the world of Military Food Brokerage. Integrity Global Sales is glad to add John's talents to our team.

In Memoriam

Tony B. Gulla

A US Air Force veteran, with 26 years of service, Tony retired as Master Sergeant from Hurlburt Field, Florida. Tony joined the Integrity Global Sales Team in January 2019. His knowledge and skill set were a great asset to our company, and even greater were his sense of humor, hard work and big personality. Tony unexpectedly passed away on March 19, 2020 marking a great loss not just to the Integrity Global Sales team but to all who had the pleasure of working with Tony throughout his career. Tony will never be forgotten and will forever be greatly missed.
