Tom Szuch
President

Tom is a retired NC1 of the United States Navy, where he proudly served for 20 years. During his military career, he gained experience in foodservice operations and recruiting, where he discovered a natural talent for relationship-building and sales.
Following his retirement from the Navy, Tom transitioned into Military Foodservice Sales, combining his military background, industry knowledge, and strong network of relationships to build a successful second career. He joined a commercial brokerage as a Military Sales Specialist and quickly established himself as a valuable asset within the industry.
Over the years, Tom has successfully developed sales growth for numerous manufacturer partners within the military channel. Most recently, as a Sales Manager, he expanded his impact by mentoring and training sales associates while leading strategic growth initiatives for major manufacturers serving military customers worldwide. Tom’s leadership, industry expertise, and commitment to service continue to make him a respected leader within the military foodservice community.

Jill Hanmer

Jill Hanmer has extensive experience in military foodservice sales, nutrition, marketing, and business development. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to supporting military service members and their families while building strategic partnerships across the military foodservice industry.
As part of Integrity Global Sales, Jill has developed and maintained strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, DOD and DLA personnel, and military customers worldwide. Her expertise in nutritional compliance and military foodservice requirements provides a strong understanding of the standards and operational needs across military branches and the Defense Logistics Agency.
Jill’s diverse professional background includes serving as Director of Marketing and Government Sales for New Wave Converting, a flexible film company, as well as working in Hohenfels, Germany, as an Education Counselor and Functional Skills Training Instructor supporting military personnel and their families in their academic and professional development.
In addition to her industry experience, Jill has collaborated on cause marketing initiatives focused on nutrition education and fundraising efforts benefiting military families and children, reflecting her ongoing commitment to advocacy, wellness, and community support.
Jill holds a Master of Science in Nutrition, a Master of Education, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.

Tom Weekes

Tom brings exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills to the Integrity Global Sales team, backed by more than 20 years of experience in the foodservice industry. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Management from Wesley College in Delaware and has built a successful career managing national foodservice accounts across multiple segments, including Military, Aramark, Sodexo, Compass Group, K-12, and Healthcare. Throughout his career, Tom has earned a strong reputation for quickly establishing trust and rapport with customers while identifying opportunities to grow the business and strengthen long-term partnerships. His customer-focused approach, combined with his extensive product knowledge, has contributed to tremendous success in managing and developing national accounts.
Tom has worked with and represented more than 80 different manufacturers, giving him broad expertise across a wide range of product categories and foodservice solutions. His depth of knowledge led to him being utilized as a product specialist, where he conducted numerous product training seminars and educational sessions for customers and sales teams alike. Known for his strong work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to customer service, Tom consistently goes above and beyond to support both his clients and manufacturing partners. He is passionate about the military and foodservice industries and is vital to the growth and advancement of the Integrity Global Sales team.

Marvin Holmes

Marvin is an Army veteran with 22 years of distinguished military service and a proven record of leadership, operational excellence, and mission-focused support. Retiring as a Chief Warrant Officer Four, Marvin served as an Army Senior Food Program Manager and Warrant Officer Recruiter, where he demonstrated exceptional expertise in leadership development, logistics, and military foodservice operations.
A proud graduate of Claflin University, Marvin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education. Throughout his military career, he gained extensive experience managing both operational and garrison subsistence programs while navigating complex logistical and supply chain challenges in support of military personnel worldwide. Since transitioning from military service, Marvin has successfully leveraged his experience, industry knowledge, and longstanding military relationships into a thriving career in Military Sales. He has managed military sales accounts throughout Europe and across the continental United States, building strong partnerships and delivering results for both customers and manufacturers.
Known for his professionalism, integrity, initiative, and strong work ethic, Marvin brings a mission-first mindset and a deep understanding of military operations to the Integrity Global Sales team. His dedication to service and commitment to excellence continue to make him a valued asset within the military foodservice industry.

Wayne Martin

Wayne is a results-driven, customer focused Program Manager with over 30 years of Military Food Service experience. Wayne served as a Food Service Manager in the US Army for 23 years, and has been providing operational logistics expertise to a diverse group of military and civilian organizations for the past 12 years. He is accomplished in developing effective processes and directing complex logistics functions for multimillion-dollar projects. Wayne thrives working in fast-paced environments in which time and resources are limited, and will be an asset to Integrity Global Sales.

After joining the US Navy Reserves in 1990 and supporting Operation Desert Storm, John served the US Navy Submarine Force for over 20 years. During his vast and exciting career in the food service industry, he travelled to many exotic countries and learned many skills that have helped him excel in the world of Military Food Brokerage. Integrity Global Sales is glad to add John's talents to our team.

In Memoriam
Tony B. Gulla
A US Air Force veteran, with 26 years of service, Tony retired as Master Sergeant from Hurlburt Field, Florida. Tony joined the Integrity Global Sales Team in January 2019. His knowledge and skill set were a great asset to our company, and even greater were his sense of humor, hard work and big personality. Tony unexpectedly passed away on March 19, 2020 marking a great loss not just to the Integrity Global Sales team but to all who had the pleasure of working with Tony throughout his career. Tony will never be forgotten and will forever be greatly missed.
