I am writing you a long overdue letter expressing our company's gratitude for all you have done for us this past year. Being a relatively small, very high quality focused company with limited national brand recognition. What we have been able to achieve together this past year deserves praise & recognition.

When Joffrey's first attempted to conduct business with the U.S. Armed Forces we contracted a broker who claimed they could and would lead us in the right direction, introduce us to the people we needed to meet in order to secure the business. Well after 18 months of working with this firm we were in no better shape than we were the first day we got started with them. A few small shows and no guidance from them as to what our next steps should be. It became obvious to us after 18 months of this that we had made a huge mistake in contracting & trusting this other firm which in turn lead us on a search for another firm to represent us.

Being in business for 30 years now I have learned a thing or two, one of the things I have learned is watch what the winners are doing and try and learn from them. So myself and my V.P. of sales began questioning the folks at these other companies, and we went one very important step further, we asked the people we were trying to sell to, our potential customers this very important question, If you were going to hire a company to represent you, one that you trusted and has a stellar reputation for getting things done, who would you hire?
Well the name Integrity was mentioned by an overwhelming margin, and I can now clearly see why.

Let me briefly explain what set you apart from the others and quickly made me comfortable in my choice to hire Integrity to represent us. One of the first things you did was schedule some time to come and visit our plant, you spent 2 days with us learning as much as you possibly could about what we do and how we do it. You asked questions about what we think makes us different than some of our competitors, and you actually listened carefully to the answers to these questions. I am a firm believer that you can't sell something effectively if you are not thoroughly knowledgeable about what it is you are trying to sell. Then once this was completed you set up some meetings for us and also suggested some shows you felt we should participate in. It was also suggested we apply for our approved military item numbers so what it came time to sell our product we would be ready, your knowledgeable staff held our hand through the entire very complicated process saving us many hours of wasted time trying to figure it out on our own.

You have also done an excellent job of hiring some of the most professional, knowledgeable and even more important to me, easy & fun to work with associates. They set up quality appointments for us and they make sure the people we need to speak to are there and have already been prepped about us, the same goes for the shows we participate in, they make sure they bring the buyers over to our table and make the introduction for us, then follow up with a meeting or request for a cutting, they do everything they can to help us secure the business.

In closing Thomas, I just want to say how refreshing it is to have a partner rather than just a vendor representing us. To have a company layout exactly what they plan on doing for you then actually follow through and do it is really remarkable these days, you should be very proud of the work you and your associates have done and continue to do for us. It is greatly appreciated by all of us here at Joffrey's.
